Dawg Dollars Refund Policy
- Dawg Dollars amounts deposited as part of the undergraduate requirement are not transferable or refundable except in cases of official withdrawal from the university or upon graduation.
- Refunds to students upon graduation will be processed automatically.
- All other refund requests due to withdrawal before graduation must use the webform. Refunds usually take 10-14 days to process. Processing will begin after the last day to add/drop of the following semester so that non-enrollment may be verified.
- For questions about Dawg Dollars refunds, email cbowen@saffairs.msstate.edu.
- Refunds must be requested by the end of the second regular semester (Spring, Summer, Fall) following withdrawal. At the end of the second semester after withdrawal, all remaining funds are forfeited.
